Ssworkout is a free application thanks to which you can easily start trainings with your own weight of Street Workout.
Here you will find training plans for each level of difficulty, you can also create your own personalized training, which you can easily share with your friends via a QR code that will appear next to each of your training.
In the application you will also find many guides for static, dynamic and combo elements. The SsWorkout application includes a set of exercises that will involve individual muscles using your own weight, increasing your strength, endurance, fitness and improving your figure. You can do all the exercises at home, you do not need a gym pass to achieve your training goals. You will only need to spend a few minutes a day training, and the effects will come on time alone.
With SsWorkout, you can train selected muscle groups: stomach, biceps / triceps, shoulders, chest, back, legs or the whole body. The choice of training depends on your goal.
For each exercise we have prepared a detailed description and animation, which will allow you to keep the correct technique.
The application includes:

- Elements (front lever, back lever, one arm back lever, one arm handstand, one arm pullup, dragon flag, human flag, handstand)
- Dynamics (spectacular jumps, somersaults, turnovers)
