SwyftOps - Caregiver App

SwyftCG is a free application for all SwyftOps subscriber employees. It provides Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care providers to track caregiver visits. This app allows caregivers to keep track of daily caregiving tasks, manage schedules and maintain their profile.

It provides real time shift status, and functions to update completed tasks and enter notes about the patients they care for.

Allows access to key shift details and everything that caregivers need to show up on time for shifts, such as shift time, location, directions and more.

Good news for non-English speaking users! We've added automatic translation for client and facility tasks, as well as the SHA summary, using AI. Additionally, you can now view task durations and access related client documents directly from the facility tasks.
