Task Manager And Attendance :
Mobile application helps you create, allocate, track the status of individual and group tasks in one shared space. Collaborate with your team, track and monitor the progress of each job remotely.
Please note one needs to have an office anywhere login credentials to use this application. Register on www.officeanywhere.io, create one instance of the Attendance And Task Manager application. Task Manager:
1. Create a master list of repetitive/single tasks
2. Create the task as per the client
3. Assign the task to a single or multiple employees
4. Add date and time for the task, estimated time needed to complete the job and proposed deadline for task completion.
5. As and when you create the job, Employees get notified.
6. Move the task to a different category, edit the job, mark it as completed or delete the task.
7. Reopen the completed/ deferred task if required.
8. Daily work entry for employees which the approvers can monitor
9. The application can generate Daily task reports, employee wise task reports, date wise reports, task status wise reports.
