The "Tell Me Please" app - a translator and trainer.
Every day, the first 500 characters are translated for free by OpenAI ChatGPT. After that, the built-in free translator will be used for the rest of the day.
The app includes:
1. A free trainer that helps you memorize the pronunciation of various words and phrases while learning a foreign language. Words and phrases are spoken in random order. You need to recall their translation independently, which is then automatically pronounced by the program after a short pause.
2. A free translator designed for conversations with a nearby foreign interlocutor. The translation direction changes by adjusting the smartphone orientation. You speak and listen to the translated speech in your language when the smartphone is held vertically with the screen facing you. To switch languages, simply extend your arm with the smartphone toward your conversation partner, so that the screen is oriented upwards.
If you want high-quality translation always (not just the first 500 characters per day), you can obtain a Google Cloud or OpenAI API key and specify it in the app. The API key is easy to obtain by following the instructions in the app.
