How it works:
- Select the shifts or accept your personalised shift suggestions
- Work the shift under a temporary employment agreement (if the clients cancels late, you’ll still get 100% payments according to the 48 hours default cancellation policy)
- Get paid. You will receive weekly payments. The final sum will include the hourly tax plus social contributions and potential benefits.

If a client adds you to their flexpool and activates Auto-accept functionality, you’ll see their shifts tagged “Auto-accept”—meaning as soon as you apply, you’re in. No waiting, no hassle!
