What is the Buddha mantra?
The mantra gives us calmness, equanimity, balance and comfort in times of difficulty. Recite Mantras during sessions for the purpose of eliminating karma, adding blessings, and increasing bodhichitta.

Mantra is the secret speech of the Buddhas, which can be called the secret speech or the Buddha's speech, this special speech can only be heard and understood by the Buddhas of the ten directions, but it is not the ordinary language of sentient beings. Those who want the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions to bless the sufferings of life, just need to practice the mantra as instructed, will be helped by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

More than 2,500 years ago, when Shakyamuni Buddha was born in India, at that time the language spoken was Sanskrit (Sanskrit). So the mantras that we recite are mostly in Sanskrit, only a few are recited in the Tibetan language [Tibetan]. When reciting mantras, we should let the mind be focused but still remain very relaxed, relaxed and do not think about anything else. Just focus on reciting the mantra. Remember, no matter what method you practice, the most important thing that is always mentioned and emphasized in Buddhism is still doing good things and always avoiding evil.
The mantra gives us calmness, equanimity, balance and comfort in times of difficulty. When reciting the mantra, we should keep feeling positive, joyful, and dedicated, dedicating that merit to all sentient beings to be enlightened and at peace, as an act of great compassion. Buddhist practitioners all chant mantras in sessions for the purpose of eliminating karma, adding blessings, and increasing bodhichitta.
