This app is intended to be a basic controller for smart speakers with implemented Sonos Control API (reference called March 2021). No speaker management nor music or other services are implemented.
Works with Galaxy Watch 4 (Wear OS 3.0).
Not compatible with Tizen devices.
Tested with Sonos Play:1, Sonos Play One, Sonos Playbar, Sonos Play Sub, Ikea Symfonisk Frame and Ikea Regal.
The app needs access to the home network (ex. WiFi), in order to search for and control the own speakers.
The app needs access to the internet, in order to search for and download album art images. If no internet access is granted/available, the app will use a static image for the album art.
If there are (Multicast) issues in your network, none or part of speakers will be not found and displayed. In this case please restart the discovery/app, or reactivate WiFi of your device.
The Bluetooth of your Wear OS watch has to be disabled for this app, while WiFi is enabled.

The Wearable Play Control Lite is not collecting, storing or processing user data.
No location information is collected, processed, stored or forwarded by the Wearable Play Control Lite.
