We are reducing time waste of realtors, buyers and sellers by not engaging in fake ads and protecting everyone from a fraud of real estate agents who try to fish clients with fake price, pictures, place and properties.

Wezni App is global scalable that will serve across with world to buy, sell and rent properties; facilitate you to add listing or searching ads of homes, flats, apartments, plots, offices, commercial building, agricultural lands and new projects files/booking wherever you want in the world.

The app is specialized to show properties at actual locations on Google Maps with full address that gives buys and realtors true insight to take quick and informed decisions to contact the seller or move to next right property without wasting a single minutes.

Realtors:
• The app is true fellow for Realtors, they will have a right source of true inventories to share and discuss with clients. Now realtors will focus more on client services rather finding direct properties.
• Wezni gives right warranty to never run Realtors/Seller services at our end that is a real challenge from other major platforms who are service providers and competitors as well. The policy gives realtors a peace of mind to share and collaborate with great confidence and peace.
• We ensure that a property will not be published by two realtors/sellers to protect working/efforts of first realtor. However, any wrongly advertised ad by a realtor could be claimed by actual relevant realtor with a simple online process, only few evidences need to be shared which will remain confidential between Wezni and Realtors.
• Wezni will also protect our realtors if their landlord/owner of published property has been contacted directly by other realtors without publisher consent. The other realtor will pay one side commission to first realtor or Wezni will offboarded that realtor from the platform without any refund.

Landlord/Builder/Sellers:
• We strongly recommend to appoint a profession Relator to sell or rent out a property
• A landlord/builder/seller may publish their properties by becoming an agent for themselves. All condition of Realtors will be applied to this these users too.
• These agents will also be projected as we protect realtors.
• Your properties can’t be published by any realtor/agent will same address, pictures and description.
• No Realtor/Agent could post a fake ad with lower price for your properties to attract clints.
• We offer packages from Rs 200 to small agents
• You will get only true calls and visits as ads at Wezni are known real and factual.
