The State of Minnesota created the Workforce One Connect app to simplify communications and provide greater access to financial benefits and services for customers of employment and economic support programs in Minnesota.
How it helps:
· Overcomes communication and document delivery obstacles.
· Facilitates customers receiving benefits and services as soon as possible, and reduces their risk of losing them.
· Provides a consistent way to communicate, no matter what staff are providing services.
Recent changes:
-Application architecture has been updated and previous versions of the app are no longer supported.
-Contact page and firebase notification web services updated to properly refresh and allow users to see additional content without a reinstall.
-Sending message with .JPG file type attachments is now supported.
-Camera permissions for certain Android versions and hardware are now supported.
