The Yardi Breeze App gives Yardi Breeze clients a quick and easy way to track property maintenance work on their phone. With the app, you can:
• Enter new maintenance requests.
• Track and update existing maintenance requests.
• Complete unit inspections.
• Complete assigned tasks.
• Approve invoices
For all the items listed above, you can easily add photos and notes from your phone.
Recent changes:
* Bulk Email was added to allow you to send the same email message to multiple tenants.
* From the Maintenance Request screen, you can view recent maintenance requests for the same unit.
* From the Tenant screen, you can view the Tenant ledger.
* Fix issues with notifications.

* Appointments and Follow-ups now appear on the Calendar.
* You can now use two-way texting to communicate with tenants and vendors.
