ASMI is the best Pranayama / Breathing Exercises app that will stay by your side in your pocket and support you through the right breathing techniques to help in providing stress relief and to calm your anxiety.
App has sessions that guide you to breathe with specific techniques to get good sleep and insomnia relief. Separate breathe sessions are there to provide high blood pressure relief.
It might come as surprise to many but if you breathe with specific techniques as guided in the app it helps build strong immunity along with many health benefits that we have already spoken off.
Our team understands that many of us are really busy at times, and it becomes very tough to spare out much time for ourselves. Also, the process of only doing conscious breathe in and breathe out can be overwhelming for beginners, and that is why we have designed ASMI’s flexible session timer to customize your session time, starting from a bare 3 minutes to 30 minutes. ASMI also has a Lung Test built in. It is a simple lung test that you can do and get to know the breathe capacity of your lungs. Normally it is observed that one can increase breathe capacity by doing Pranayama. You can just try this yourself and share your experience with family and friends.
Now to make your session further interesting you can add a wide variety of soothing and relaxing background music. The music available ranges from Nature tunes to Classical Instruments to Chakra music.
