Auction Car-Pullers are informed about which cars need to be ready by the dispatchers.
For each car a puller pulls, he keeps track of them and gets paid by CVAT(Central Valley Auto Transport) for each car that is pulled.

Pulling in phone number app uses to call with PIN, so that if failing, can be updated on server without re-uploading apps.
