CVAT-S BOL Manager is the staging application for CVAT's main application.
Recent changes:
Push notification opt-in button in Profile view and options to choose system or user settings.
Push can go through if phone sleeping and app closed, but can't if phone off.
Menu shows push messages received.
Click message when pops up or in tray opens app, and shows & saves message
Small fixes to eliminate screen freezing when signing BOLs.
Assigned tab only reloads all BOLs if updated.
