How well would you score on the United States Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment? Use this app to find out!
No ads, no nags, just a score to help you gauge your fitness and meet your goals.
The Air Force Fitness Assessment consists of four parts: a waist measurement, 1 minute of pushups, 1 minute of situps, and a timed 1.5 mile run. Official scores are computed using worksheets found in the attachments to AFI 36-2905. This app uses data from the most recent version of those worksheets (dated Aug 2013). *NEW: Version 1.1 of the app uses the worksheets posted May 2021.*
Every attempt has been made to make the scores generated accurate and useful, but this app is completely unofficial and without any sort of warranty. This app does not account for exemptions or include the 2 km walk option (but it does include a link to the website where you can download the worksheets and the AFI).
Free, and open source under the MIT license.
